I’m glad the US is participating in some events to help celebrate Jamaican Independence Day. If I lived closer to some of these events I would go.

I love that this is celebrated throughout the world and not just in Jamaica. I was reading a little about the history of Jamaica the other day, and it was quite brutal.
Hhhaaaaa…I wish I could have joined in on the celebrations in Canada. I will celebrate the island with lots of reggae, as always.
