Blessed Jamaican Toto

Toto, the beloved coconut cake, is a delightful treat to make on Children’s Day. This moist, flavorful snack is a staple of Jamaican heritage and a perfect way to introduce your kids to traditional flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
